Just saw CR moderate a post-screening Q&A for THE NICE GUYS at the Culver Theater with Shane Black and co-screenwriter Anthony Bagarozzi. Black did ask Chris when the pod would cover the Dukes of Hazzard movie, because he’s still sore that it outgrossed Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
The upcoming Russell Crowe movie has been retitled "The Get Out." The headphones, however, have not changed.
There was a prompt going around the other day about people's favorite movie novelizations, and I remembered that the one for "Dead Poets Society" had an exchange about the origin of the name that's not in the movie. I can only assume it was in the screenplay and cut out of the film, but I was able to find it online:
