Hi po sa top 20%. Sa May 18, pinadala ko na yung documents ko through LBC. May 28, nagmessage ang LBC sa akin na delivered na raw. Pero hanggang ngayon, "no documents reviewed" pa rin yung nakalagay sa portal. Basig ako na lang isa ani ba tas dili nako maka enroll sa IIT hahaha.
Hello. I'm so worried. It's almost a month since I've encountered this problem. I initially deposited money in my account. But as you can see, it shows ₱0. What do I do? When I press the deposit button, it would say that Uno is currently down. When I use the Uno app, it says, "Uh oh something weird happened." What do I even do??? I tried messaging them through messenger, they just said to call their customer service hotline. I tried calling them, but they wouldn't answer. Has anyone encountered this problem also? Did you ever get your money back? How did you fix it?
