I am at such a loss and have no idea what else to do. I made a purchase over Groupon and was expecting an email. I never received it. I went and downloaded the app since I did the purchase over the website thinking maybe the app would show something more. It didn’t. Absolutely nothing to show I purchased anything. My bank shows the transaction went through but I never got anything.

Has this happened to anyone else? How did you manage to reach out to Groupon for assistance??
