My whole family is reinfected. We did permethrin four times in March and now we’ve been told to do sulphur on all of our kids and oral medication for my husband and I. Issue - I am breast-feeding my youngest is 5 1/2 months old. They said that I could do sulphur too but I have to wait for it to come in and it could take up to a week or two weeks to get it in the pharmacy and we need to treat before we go on vacation. Has anyone taken the oral medication ivermectin while breast-feeding? I know what the evidence says that it does get passed through the system in small amounts, but I’m trying to figure out if the benefits outweigh the risks we’ve had this for months that are trying to get rid of it for good.

Burrow on baby?

We were diagnosed in March treated in March and April and we’re completely clear until now. We’re in June and my son keeps getting on and off blisters which our derm said could be acropustulosis of infancy but this popped up now and I’m not sure if this a burrow the rest of us are fine… thoughts?

I’ve treated three times with permethrin and a rigorous cleaning routine none of us have any symptoms except for my middle child. Please help! How could he be the only one with it again? He doesn’t scratch at night not as bad as before treatment during the day. Pictures attached. Has brown nodules in his armpits as well as his hands and pictured. Ankle marks have gone almost away with hydrocortisone in the last 48 hours. I don’t want to keep treating him if this isn’t still scabies.

My baby’s been free of bumps for almost 4 weeks and this just popped up with other bumps on his feet overnight after I put on a topical antibiotic I’m not sure if it’s that or reinfection. Thoughts?
