Sucre is the only person Michael consistently shows appreciation by saying thank you
Michael talks to Sucre compared to everyone else. He actually says "thank you," apologizes when things go wrong, and takes the time to explain himself. With almost everyone else, it's straight back to the plan. I hadn't realized how much warmer their conversations were until I rewatched Season 1.
