S5
First time watcher of Prison Break here. I just started the 1st ep of S5 and it turns out that Michael apparently somehow faked his death and is in a desert prison now. From the middle of S2 I have felt like they just started reusing the same plot points and amped up the plot armour of all the characters. The fake out deaths of Sara and Kellerman were exhausting to watch, but the death of Michael being fake too is just too much for me. Is completing S5 essential for the full Prison Break experience? Or is pretending that Sara and the rest of them lived happily at the beach ever after also fine?
With whom you want to break with mahone or kellerman
Finished watching prison break. Between who is your favourite character?
There are many great moments in this series that made me feel that adrenaline rush starting from season 1 and season 2 also kept that feeling but starting from season everything slowly started to drain and off. i have no idea why writers decided to shift their most creative moments to dumbest things right in season 3. Season 4 that scylla shit tested my patience man. They should have ended it in 5-8 episodes or made something more interesting running parallel to that story. same goes with season 5 there is nothing that made me sit and watch with interest. Soooo whats my favourite character? That’s theodore bagwells aka T-bag(except the fact that he is a pedophile and murderer in the series but his terrific performance is undoubtedly the most powerful ones.) Cole Pfeiffer performance is one of the finest i have seen.
Prison Break audio commentary: the creators talk about Fichtner mastering exposition, flowing with the editing and use of body language (3.5 min)
“I’m hunting bigger game than that…”
*bodies gun salesman* - Paul fucking Kellerman.
That’s it. That’s the post.
Bellick:(
Wow, I definitely never thought I'd feel this way about Brad. It's so sad how it ends. Who would have thought that after everything that happened with Mike, Linc, and Sucre throughout the series, he'd sacrifice himself so they could still get Scylla?
I think from the first moment we saw him in Season 1, we knew he'd be an obstacle for Michael. I didn't like him at first, but as the series went on, I started to connect with him. Until this episode (which, by the way, is very good, Season 4, Episode 9), where everything is different, what happens to him is truly sad.
Mahone y Wyatt.
This is tough. What Mahone does to Wyatt is wow. He makes him suffer terribly. You can really see the pain, the sadness he feels, but at the same time, you can see the anger and the desire to do something to find some peace after what happened with his son. In the end, he does the same to Wyatt, and there's a real sense of satisfaction.
Mahone is one of my top 3 favorite characters. Throughout the series, I feel like his character is a total rollercoaster; we see so many facets of him. His past with Oscar Shales, his addiction, his divorce, how good he was as an agent, etc. And of course, the actor who played him did a fantastic job.
Why couldn't she keep her mouth shut, im still mad she gave up haywire location.
Did Prison Break peak in Season 1, or was Season 2 just as good?
Season 1 had the escape, but Season 2 had the manhunt and fallout. I’ve seen people split on which one was stronger overall.
Favourite season?
What's your favourite season? While season 1 is undoubtedly goated, IMHO season 3 is up there after it.
Having watched prison break over 20 times by now, I feel like this season is quite over-hated.
I enjoyed it quite a lot tbh as it brings a whole new scenery to the storyline.
What do you think?
Prison Break audio commentary: Reggie Lee talks about how Fichtner can snap in and out of character. No method.
Season 5?
So idk if it’s because i just finished s5, but i kind of think i liked it the most, maybe after s1, or equal with s1, the vibes s5 gives me are somehow really nice, the ambiguous nature of how he ended up in yemen was cool, i finished the season quicker than i thought i would tbh.
The Company's biggest mistake was framing Lincoln for a crime he was going to commit anyway 😂
Agent Felicia Lang and the crush on mahone
Do yall think she actually had a crush on mahone or was it just wok admiration?
Tbag had it too convenient here
Thats when the plot armor was so thick , he bullshitted 2 cops too easily , conviniently there was a dude in that bathroom giving him the opportunity to slip the car keys in his bag , they took the dude and then its all good? Even if they found the keys they should make some kind of inspection on tbag identity , come on he was too suspicious not only for his look but also his injuries (wich i dont care he bringed the veteran bs to justify that shouls just have made it more suspicious ) anyway i think tbag was the luckiest here what yall think of this scene
