High-resolution Sunspot

Sunspots are regions of reduced surface temperature caused by intense magnetic fields.

Sunspots, like this one for example, can roughly be of the size of Earth(~12,000 km). The largest ones can span even up to 160,000 Km, which is roughly 13 times our Earth's size!

SGRD Amritsar MBBS Sikh Minority chances with AIR 2.71 lakh?

Hey everyone,

I scored 400 marks in reNEET UG 2026, with an AIR around 2,71,000. I'm General category + Sikh Minority Quota, with Punjab Domicile.

I'm mainly targeting Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (SGRD), Amritsar through the Sikh Minority quota.

Can anyone who took admission in sgrd or someone experienced in counselling tell, please.

These are called "Arcus clouds", specifically "Squall line shelf clouds", and they were very large and scary.

The clouds formed this weirdly continuous "wall of cloud" that was very wide and tall. The feel of the phenomenon isn't fully expressed in these pictures I'm afraid.
