Preventing weed hangovers?

I stopped eating/smoking weed about 6 months ago after 8+years of usage. Mainly because work/life have been hectic and I need to be on point in the mornings -- with weed I'd feel groggy, memory was horrible, and it genuinely felt like I couldn't retain one page of a book lol. Quitting was SO hard but i did it.

I've seen a sleep doctor and have have physiological insomnia - I've had sleep issues for 15+ years. I already take precautionary steps with caffeine, schedules, ear plus, magnesium/l-theanine etc etc

Hilariously, the doctor recommended I take 5mg of any kind of sleep time edible lol. This time will be more responsible with dosages, t-breaks, and only for sleep.

My question is: For those of you who use edibles for sleep but can't have hangovers due to work/life, how do you actually avoid the morning hangover? I can't afford to be groggy or scattered at work.

Griddle for meal prep?

Hey all. I've been a Kamado Joe Classic user for about 6 years and it's been great! Mainly use it for grilling and the occasional ribs these days.

Exploring griddles mainly for the purposes of meal prep and cooking large quantities for family. We cook a lot of boring chicken breast, ground turkey, etc, and doing multiple batches on the stove can be tough.

Have you all found griddles to be helpful for this? I'm liking the Traeger Flatrock a lot for the even cooking and higher heat but just debating if it's worth! They seem easy enough to clean but obviously have some limits too. Thanks.

How to better use Claude for my small business startup?

For context I am starting up a small business/franchise. Claude has been IMMENSELY helpful as I’ve got it connected with my Notion (where I store notes and record calls), Outlook, and a ton of PDFs used as context.

I use Cowork today and it’s largely pretty good but it can be slow at times/miss thingsr and to be fair, my PDF context contains over 600 pages probably + Notion. There are probably an additional 300 pages or so I’ve not uploaded yet.

My question is: any suggestions how to enable Claude to search through 900+ pages of user guides from a wide variety of sources and purposes? I want to think of Claude as my small business coach - trained on the 10+ tools/vendors I use, my field my business is in, and many training guides form the franchise.

I’ve never used Claude code but is that a better solution?

Thanks!

Edit: thank you everyone for the helpful replies. Claude is currently doing its thing:

About to sell my pc I’ll be fine right 😅

What’s up guys. Been inspired reading a lot of stories here and may make the jump. I’m about to open up a small business and my wife is currently pregnant so now feels like a good time to do this.

Been gaming from age 10-35 on and off. My game of choice is DOTA 2. Granted I’ve been so busy with work I can only play maybe 5-10 games a week but tbh that’s still 5-10 hours I won’t get back and more importantly I don’t even enjoy. Other games do not hit like DOTA. I’ve gone weeks at a time not playing but eventually get sucked back in. And don’t get me wrong there are occasional weekends when I’m free and I’ll literally play 6 hours per day on those days.

It’s honestly less about the hours and more about just getting pissed off for 5-10 hours per week when I could be doing literally anything else lol.

I’ll keep my PlayStation cause that’s never been a problem but also I’m at least relaxed and chill playing the Witcher or James Bond or something.

Anyway…gonna list the PC tonight I’m assuming you all haven’t had regrets? My biggest thing is that I feel like if I’m on my death bed, I will never say “damn I should’ve played more DOTA”

Thanks for reading 🫡

Do you agree with these rankings of Tundras from 2019 - 2026?

rankings

I need a full sized pickup truck for work but am by no means a car/truck guy. Been doing a lot of research here, youtube, reviews etc but wanted to get your thoughts on the rankings below. Just used Claude to aggregate sentiment, ratings, and reviews from a variety of sources.

Would you agree with this list generally? It's a big investment so want to spend my money wisely! Thanks.

Recs for Shenandoah/GW Forest hike that is scenic but not too hard?

I have some family visiting in a few weeks and they want to see Shenandoah/GW Forest with all the scenic overlooks etc but that isn't too hard. Will be with a few older people that can definitely walk for miles but something like Humpback Rock for example would be sketchy for them.

Dripping Rock and Albright Loop looked cool but wanted to get some thoughts. Thanks!

Edit: by unanimous decision here, sounds like blackrock is the move. Thank you!
