I'm currently in ikgptu kapurthala btech cse (its been more than a week since i came here), and i got uiet hoshiarpur I.T. in spot round

i've already adapted the environment here, and tbh there are ppl better than i expected and the infra and the vibe is fine too, i've spent around 1 lakh in clg+hostel+mess etc

so i might or might not get 50% or 80% refund if i leave this clg idk?

ppl says that uiet hoshiarpur is no good

but atleast unlike ptu, they don't give admission to literally anyone

SO I'M REALLY CONFUSED AND NEED GUIDANCE ASAP!

if i don't join hoshiarpur, my 40k would be wasted, and 40k is alot for me tbh

(i'm also planning to give pumeet next year)

What is important

Guys last yr I took a drop for jee nearby home (a place where I swore i wud never go to) past years have been really tough I am emotionally exhausted

I've been surviving for 3years and now I really wanna live wana be happy

My only motive was to get as far as possible from home now I finally got a college (gud brand name)

But when i shifted to the hostel i felt really bad there I neither felt safe in the university nor I like the crowd

My other option is university with better infra but no brand name but I'll surely like it.

I'm so confused

Should I choose a gud college or better mental health??

I hate the infra here

It's like I've dreamed of getting here for so long but now I don't like the vibes and environment

Like there's no thing such as 'uni'

It's full of trees plants over greener

My heart doesn't feel safe here
