I have a question about the independant investigation of truth.

My question is this: Once a person has accepted that Bahaullah is the manifestation of God for this age and that his laws are the best way to proceed with a person’s sprititual life does the search for truth stop in some way, given that one has to take the Bahai Faith as an organic whole and be obedient to all its teachings as far as one is able.

In a way, being obedient is searching for truth as it is from this obendiance that true understanding of this truth arises from. Does the idea then move from searching for truth to understanding truth?
