Nickel tab question

Nickel tab question

I’ve got a question about nickel tabs. I’m designing and building a 13S9P pack for an e-bike conversion and I’ve got the pack and cell holders designed but I’m down to the tabs now. I’ve got access to an industrial spot welder at both work and home. Work has a nicer welder than what I have and mine isn’t set up yet. It’s a Miyachi Unitek 250 dual pulse. The pack I am making should be able to put out 40 amps. I’m looking at bafang mid drive conversion kits at either 750w or 1kw. Due to how custom the pack I’ve designed is, I’ll likely need to have tabs custom made for me. Would 0.5mm tabs be plenty of material across three contact points? I had originally planned for 0.3mm tabs but after some extra research I don’t know if those will suffice. I’ve already practiced welding a stack of x3 0.15mm tabs and it welded it nicely. It welded x2 a lot better and it had a much better weld though. Each bank of cells will be in a 3x3 square connected to the next 3x3 square either in a straight line or in an “S” shape.

here is what the model of the pack and tabs look like: https://imgur.com/a/ouvjzHy

Rally lights go brrrrr

Got a trip next week and I will be doing some offroading. I wanted some lights and finally took the plunge. initially, I had planned to mount them on the front bumper, where a license plate would go with the amount that I ordered, but I realized it was going to be harder to run the wiring that way. The next easiest thing I decided was to just cut holes in the front bumper on the top right before the hood. I ordered a eighth of an inch thick rubber sheet to act as a buffer between the light mounts and the bumper to avoid scratching and a bunch of wiring, harness adapters, and pieces from Amazon. The lights are harbor freight road shock 3 inch light pods. Half of the wiring harness is their road shock edge, wiring harness, and that was a real joy to try and get to work with the non-edge lights. The only reason I use an edge wiring kit is because I managed to get it for the same price as the regular non-edge wiring harness. in the next day or so I get to take it out at night time and angle the lights. I managed to get all four lights working on the high setting by using a diode to keep the power from the lights on the low setting from sending power to the other lights. Now I just need to wrap all of the wiring with harness tape and tuck it underneath some of the paneling and then it will be complete. I also got my primitive engine skid plate on. Already have the transmission and rear diff plates installed.

Light pod wiring on a vehicle

I have four LED light pods that have two wires on each pod. The wiring harness for my light pods have four wires and the switch has low, off, and high. I want to have two lights connected to the low circuit and all four to the high circuit. My wiring harness has two plugs on it for each side of the vehicle. The wiring harness has DT 4 pin connectors on it. There is ground, positive low, positive high, and a running light wire. The low and high positive connections are only active when their switch is on. What's the best way to go about doing this?
