Looking for anyone who can help with red hat support

So I’ve been having the worst time with red hats customer support (I’m United States based specifically Florida ) . I tried to get the RHCSA EX200 but ran into a problem where red hat declined my card but still charged me 1000$ for two vouchers and it’s been over 8 hours and not one voucher.. I reached out to the training team and they were of no help and essentially told me there was no managers or management at red hat which I find strange for a company with such a large presence in the industry. I have been studying for this test for about 4 months and really would like to take it soon but I’m stumped on who to reach out to considering all parties seem to be of no help. I’m kindly asking if anyone here maybe can help direct me or help me out?

difficulty connecting to RHEL vm on another physical device

I’m currently practicing SSH and have two RHEL virtual machines running on two separate physical computers (not on the same host machine).

My goal is to SSH back and forth between the two VMs, but I’ve been consistently getting a “Connection refused” error for the past two days.

I’ve already tried a wide range of troubleshooting steps, like , Reinstalling and creating brand new VMs, Verifying that the SSH service is installed and running, Configuring firewall rules to allow SSH (port 22) , Checking SELinux settings., etc

Both VMs are hosted in VMware. I came across several suggestions recommending that I switch the network adapter from NAT to Bridged mode so that both VMs appear directly on my local network. However, when I switch to Bridged mode, the VMs fail to obtain IP addresses.

Has anyone run into this issue before or have suggestions on what else I should check?
