I would like to use a workflow for groups that book a visit to the education centre that I run. They will fill out a form with their trip info, including a date field with when they are attending. Is there a way for me to set up a workflow that will automatically send them a feedback from a week after that date?

I am working on a workflow for an incident report. Hoping someone can help me out.

1. Staff member fills out the incident report form and signs

2. Completed form is turned into a sign document (or PDF?) and sent to the program lead

3. The program lead signs the document and it is labeled with the child's name and sent to a google drive folder.

OR

4. The form is sent to the parent to sign off on

I can't quite figure out how to get from the form submission to a sign document.
