My son was born in AZ. In February 2020 his mother passed away. We moved to Iowa in August 2020. I've contacted the AZ courts and was told it had to be done through the IA courts since we live here. So I contacted the IA courts and was told it had to be handled by the AZ courts because he was born in AZ.
I don't have the money to hire a lawyer for this part of it. I'll probably barely have enough to file any court fees, if I ever get to that point.
Any ideas?
