Ellicor - North Austin,TX

I picked up 2 $5.99 bags for $18.00 worth of drinks and snacks from Ellicor at The Crecent in North Austin, TX earlier this evening. This is my 3rd surprise bag purchase. The 1st bag looks like it's right at the $18.00 value, but the 2nd one does not. I'm not too happy about the tiny individual size lemon Kit Kats the young lady who put together the 2nd bag that looked like she opened a bag to get them out of. The 2nd bag's value is definitely not up to par. 😫

Addendum - The 2G2G Chatbot is nuts. I asked for a refund of the 2nd bag because it was not valued at the $18.00 posted for these bags. The crazy Chatbot refunded my ENTIRE 2 bag purchase. 😫

Totally Tea - Barton Creek Square Mall, Austin, TX

Yesterday, my best friend and I had an early dinner at our favorite, but expensive sushi restaurant. I told her while we were having dinner that I bought a surprise bag from Totally Tea at Barton Creek Mall. After dinner, we drove to the mall (Macy's side) to Totally Tea. The nice young man behind the counter made a Taro boba and a sugar-free dragonfruit refresher with popping boba for us. The 2G2G cost was $3.99 +tax for $15.00 worth of drinks. My best friend chose the Taro boba drink because she never had it before. She loved it. The dragonfruit refresher really hit the spot for me. This is my 3rd time purchasing 2G2G bags from Totally Tea. It never disappoints.

True Texas BBQ at HEB- Congress and Slaughter, Austin, TX

Picked up this bag a little while ago from True Texas BBQ on Congress and Slaughter. For $5.99 +tax for $18.00 worth of food, I got a 1/2 lb container of chopped brisket ($10.50), a 1/4 lb container of chopped brisket ($5.25), a small container of collard greens ($3.49) and a small container of brisket beans ($3.49). Total was $22.73. This is by far the best 2G2G bags I've gotten from this place. 😊

Ellicor - Lamar & Airport, Austin, TX

Earlier today I picked up 2 surprise bags from Ellicor. Each were $5.99 +tax for $18.00 worth of snacks. This is my 2nd purchase from this business. Both bags contained the same items. I'm looking forward to trying the matcha covered macadamia nuts. 😊

Rise Coffee and Bakery, Southwest Austin, TX - Wm Cannon

Picked these up on Saturday. There were more in the container - gave my brother half. These cupcakes are tiny and pricey at $6.99 for $21.00, but they were delicious. The cupcakes with the bees are so cute. 😊

Nala's Indian Restaurant on 290 & Brodie Ln, South Austin

I purchased a new surprise bag from Nala's Indian Restaurant last night. I got there just after 9pm and had to wait at least 20 minutes for my bag. The people working there were nice. While I was waiting, at least 4 more people came in to pick up their 2G2G bags. I paid $9.99 for $30.00 worth of food. I'm not sure what all I got except for the 2 different kinds of rice and the naan. I got a fair amount of chicken in both containers. All was delicious. I have leftovers of rice, naan and the soup for later. I'm not sure if this surprise bag was worth the $30.00 value claimed, but it was definitely worth the $9.99 I paid. What do you all think?

People, please stay on the subject of this post and stop being bullies. 😠

Picked up 2 surprise bags at Barton Creek Square Mall off 360, Austin, TX.

I picked up a surprise bag from Totally Tea ($3.99) and 1 from Wetzel's Pretzels last Wednesday night. At Totally Tea, the nice salesperson made me a Taro Lover ($6.99) and a Peach Refresher ($5.00) for a total value of $11.99. ($12.00 on 2G2G.) The Taro Lover was my favorite. I would definitely buy this surprise bag again.

At Wetzel Pretzels, the nice man at the counter put 1 original with butter & salt ($5.49), 1 pepperoni twist ($6.39), 1 cheese meltdown ($6.39) and 1 Wetzel dog ($6.99). ($21.00 value for $6.99 on 2G2G.) The Wetzel dog was my favorite. The other pretzels were okay. I will not be buying this surprise bag again.

4th of July 2026 - Waterloo Ice House, Southpark Meadows - CLOSED!!!

I bought a surprise bag from Waterloo Ice House last night for pickup between 9pm - 10pm today. Being that it is the 4th of July, I took a look on my best friend Google to make sure the place was open before I left the house. Google shows 3 Austin locations including the Southpark Meadows location (where I'm supposed to pick my bag up) are CLOSED. I tried to get 2G2G's Chatbot to refund my money since I can't pick the bag up - it won't because I'm too early and for me to DRIVE there to make sure it's closed, then ask for a refund. WTAH? I kept telling the Chatbot that the place was closed, but it kept putting me in an ENDLESS loop of the same questions.

This Chatbot is stupid. I guess I'll have to wait until after 9pm to initiate my refund request then. Grrrr! 🀬🀬🀬

Whole Foods Prepared Food Surpise Bags - Flagship Store, Austin, TX

I picked up 2 prepared food bags from the flagship WF last night. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to get them since these go in a flash once they're posted. I was a bit nervous about the parking because I thought I was going to have to park in the garage, but I found an open spot in front of the store. YAY! Since I had not been to this location in forever, the instructions on the 2G2G app said to go to the prepared foods counter, but I was instructed to go to Guest Services instead. I couldn't find it, so I asked a really nice and helpful security guard where GS was. He pointed me in the right direction and I was greeted by a very nice young man who handed me my 2 bags.

The 2 bags had identical items, 2 each of General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Fajitas, BBQ Wings, Falafel and Egg Salad. I did not get the prices of everything because I gave my brother most of what was in the bags. I guesstimate that each bag had more than $35.00 worth of food. I would say that I got my money's worth for my 1st WF Surprise Bag purchase. 😊

Snap Kitchen Arbor Trails, Austin - $11.99

I bought a surprise bag from the aforementioned meal prep business yesterday. I got a Breakfast Taco Bowl, a Tex-Mex Chicken & Rice and a Beef Burger Patty with Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes. The place is pretty sparse, but clean and the young lady working there is really nice. I haven't tried these yet, so 🀞 that they are delicious.

Baldinucci Pizza Romana x2

I purchased 1 surprise bag from the aforementioned pizza restaurant early Friday morning (06/26/2026). I drove to the restaurant and picked up my surprise bag, or should I say, surprise box. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly. She handed me my box and as I turned to walk out, she asked me if I wanted another box. Uh, yes! I left Baldinucci with 2 boxes for the price of one! I definitely got more than my money's worth! I paid $9.99+tax for all this.

The 1st box had 2 Nonnas, 1 Quattro Funghi, 1 BBQ Chicken and 1 Eggplant Involuntini. The 2nd box had 1 Cheese Slice, 1 Potato, 1 Sausage & Peppers, 1 Spicy Sausage Honey, 1 Pepperoni & Basil and 1 Eggplant Involtini.

I ate the Pepperoni & Basil, Potato, Spicy Sausage Honey and a few bites of the Quattro Funghi. All were delicious.

My 2nd purchase from True Texas BBQ

I purchased 2 surprise bags from True Texas BBQ at the HEB at Congress and Slaughter for this weekend's meals. Both bags contained the same items - a quarter pound of sauced shredded brisket (a bit on the salty side) and individual servings of creamed corn and peach cobbler which I got the last time. I thought these sides were good. I paid $5.99+tax for each bag with a total retail of $12.50 each. I feel like the bags were worth it. I'm hoping that the next time I purchase a bag it will have different sides. 🀞

Real Texas BBQ $5.99 Surprise Bag

Ok, so I'm a bit obsessive in trying different surprise bags from the 2G2G app. Last night I bought a surprise bag from True Texas BBQ in the HEB on Congress/Slaughter in South Austin. The only downside is that pickup is 30 minutes before closing - the restaurant, not HEB. Anyway, the guy at the counter was super nice and checkout was super easy. I couldn't wait to see what I got, so I peeked when I got in my car. Once home, I was so happy to see that I got 2 whole sausages, regular and poblano and cheese, a medium size container of creamed corn and an individual size peach cobbler. All together, the total was $23.98 if I had not used the app.

I have to say that this is the best surprise bag I've gotten so far out of the 3 I bought this week and spent about $17.00, tax included, for all 3 bags. It's definitely worth it to try, but you have no say so on what you get, hence the surprise. 😁
