Each time I try to make any calls to China, I would get "call failed". It used to be fine until 2 weeks ago and Fizz hasn't been able to resolve the issue. Anyone else have this problem? I'm considering switching providers at this point.

I just finished treatment and to my surprise, my orthodontist gave me a regular Invisalign tray to use as a retainer. They said there is no meaningful difference in durability between trays and other retainer type/brand, and that they all usually need replacement every 4–6 months anyway. Is this actually common/normal? What kind of retainers did you get after Invisalign, and how long did they last?
