Buying advice, 2016 Nissan Leaf

Have an opportunity to buy a 2016 Nissan Leaf. 25k miles, 11/12 battery bars remaining, claimed 96 mile range, always in garage, Southern California. $5,200. Seems like a great deal, not sure how fast battery health will fall from buying but seems like it’s got a lot left. Said the battery was never replaced. I believe it’s the 24kw base model. Not sure about the 96 miles in eco mode promised. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thinking about buying a used Ioniq and thought this was the place to ask. They said it still has 130 miles of range when fully charged, no issues, charge at home, owned it for 4 years. Assuming the warranty is up now? Has it listed for $6.500 but want to offer closer to $4.8-5k. These batteries seem to have a great long life with little degradation. This would be our second car and not get used for longer trips, seems like a great choice. Looking for any thoughts on this.

2018 Hyundai Ioniq Electric (not hybrid)
Listed as $6,500 but Price is obo
95k miles, Good condition Mechanically sound, Car drives great, 130 miles full charge
