What does it mean if my Package says in the tracking update: Returned To Sender ? I am trying to contact Customer Service at CNShopper but they don't answer., they never answer. What can I do or does returned to sender mean my package is going back to the CNShopper Warehouse ? I don't get it. First time using CNShopper.

I don't know which shipping line to choose to the USA on CNShopper, I would like a Tax Free or Duty Free line but I don't know which one to choose.
