This photos are taken after I hastily took off my bandages. I believe my autoimmune issues at play here. Should I ask for switching to garments?

I got my daith pierced on 28th of April with what I assumed with surgical steel curved barbell. I tried to follow LITHA (only used shower water, no saline wash), never slept on it and currently I want to scratch my ear off. There is nothing else coming out apart from few crusties. Also it feels really tender.
What should I do?
