Could sun bleaching my finished project help even out minor dye lot differences?

Making a shirt and I bought new yarn for it, all from the same dye lot. I had one ball of the same color already from a previous project and accidentally used that one mid way through the project but didn't notice until now when I'm almost done.

It's 100% cotton yarn and it's nominally the same color, it's just that the old ball was slightly lighter. Would laying my shirt out in the sun for a few days, turning so front and back have even coverage, be a way to even out the color? I'm fine with it being a lighter color overall as long as it's the same color overall.

Is there name for the type of sight gag where an character is reading a book and book's title is either blatantly at odds with their situation or is comically specific to the situation?

I can't think of a specific example right but something along the lines of a comically evil-looking villain in a public space reading a book titled "How To Not Look Evil In Public"? Or someone is reading a book titled "Getting over your crush named Derek after he crushed your heart at The Cheesecake Factory but doesn't know because you never told him how you feel *For Dummies*"?

I'm mostly actually curious if this gag/trope has a name but I also just wanna know so I can look up examples for a good laugh so feel free to mention your fav example of this too I guess.
