I only noticed this on the bottom of canned tomatoes after I poured it into my dish. Is this a dent to worry about or considered unsafe, considering the location? The smell is almost metallic/acidic, but I can’t tell if it’s the fact that it’s tomatoes or due to bacteria from the dent

I tried to look up a description on google to find a product identical to this, but it’s giving me generic wood board shelving, wall plank shelving, etc. Anyone know if this is product has a specific name or style so I can find something similar? Thank you!
