A couple years ago, I picked up a rough Coleman cooler for the princely sum of free. I made a couple of repairs and shined it up, but opted to not repaint it. Instead, it would be somewhat of a canvas, serving as a record of our travels.

Since then, it has been adorned with stickers, mostly from places we have taken it. The family always looks forward to adding the new stickers when we return from a trip and I love seeing it gaining more character each passing season.

I have had a vintage cooler kicking around for the last year and had no particular use for it. The thing is rough, but complete. Finally came up with an idea, sealed up the cracked corners, and had my sister customize it for the fourth of July.
