Frozen Grapes

Frozen Grapes

Went to my local Costco yesterday and found this. I love frozen grapes but this brings them to a new level. These are absolutely amazing, I know it’s not healthy but you know what, I don’t care… 🤷‍♂️

Edit: for those of you that are downvoting, you need to get a life, it’s sad.

Woke up to another ridiculous email from eBay.

“We had to remove one or more of your listings for not following our Single-use plastic products policy. We understand that this must be frustrating. But don’t worry — we’re here to help!”

These items are Swan cigarette filters. So why are the filters I’m selling not allowed while there’s thousands of them listed on eBay by other sellers? Just for shits and giggles, I reported a few listings for the same products and eBay says they do not violate their t&c’s. Like seriously, it’s the exact same products.

I’ve had the same problem in the past when I listed flavoured rolling papers, mine are not allowed but others are that are the exact same brand. When you question this, eBay’s response is to ban your account.

Edit: why would this post get downvoted, you must be one sad individual.

Positive DVLA experience HGV provisional granted despite medical cannabis prescription

Wanted to share this for anyone interested in how the DVLA handled medical cannabis prescription when applying for an HGV provisional entitlement. My son was fully upfront about it. At his D4 medical he disclosed his medical cannabis prescription to the examining doctor, and when he sent the application to the DVLA he included a supporting letter from his psychiatrist.

About four weeks later the DVLA wrote back asking him to sign a medical release form so they could contact his psychiatrist directly, which he did. Roughly four weeks after that, he got his licence back with the HGV provisional entitlement included, along with a letter confirming they’d reviewed his fitness to drive and that he meets the required medical standard for both Group 1 (car/motorcycle) and Group 2 (lorry/bus).

So about eight weeks total from application to decision. Full disclosure and having a letter directly from his psychiatrist rather than just a GP both seemed to help, and the request for medical release just seems to be a standard part of the process rather than a bad sign. Mostly it just took patience.

Yes I know getting an HGV job could be more difficult but if the DVLA says he’s fit to drive, surely that has to be a positive.
