The other day I gave myself a pretty bad strain and pounding headache for the first time ever by accidentally holding my breath (and probably bad posture) during some bicep curls. I took several days off to let everything heal, then came back and started off easy, making sure I was breathing and good posture, but after a few reps the pain and headache came back. How long do I need to let this heal before attempting lifting again? Trying not to lose too much progress.
