first BL interview

had a call back for a BL firm today, in person. I am WELL below their class rank requirement. was shocked i even got a callback.

during the interview when they were talking about what summers do, they kept saying stuff like "summer will be tasked with doing XYZ, like you are doing now at your [current internship]." any thoughts on this in terms of whether they thought i was a fit? or am i overanalyzing. met with about 6-8 people today, mostly partners and shareholders. generally thought it went well.

How to ensure a coin is authentic/ any recommendations?

Hello! Apologies if this is a stupid question.

My boyfriend loves history (literally all history! he cannot name a specific period he likes the most but really enjoys ancient history) and also really likes ancient coins. I wanted to buy him one for his birthday, but I'm concerned about buying a fake. have been looking on Ma-Shops mostly.

How can I ensure it is authentic? Do the PCGS/NCG certifications guarantee authenticity? Any insight into this process would be greatly appreciated as I am most certainly not a history buff nor a coin collector, and I don't really know where to start/find information.

Edit: I was going to look at antique shops when we are in Europe next month but i figured buying online would be better for getting something authentic?

Advice after WL has plateaued :(

Hello! I'm currently struggling to lose weight and would love some feedback on my calorie intake + workouts!

This past year I lost about 60 pounds by not doing much (grad school stress made me to forget to eat). Since then, I've varied between 155-160 pounds, and luckily have been able to maintain that when I returned to normal eating habits. However, it seems like no matter what I do I can't get the scale to budge beyond that range.

I workout every day (cardio + strength training) and will have at least one rest day or active rest day a week. I eat approx 1200-1400 calories a day and average about. 70-100 grams of protein. I have one of those fancy scales, and my body fat has stayed the same (was initially thinking it was just muscle gain). I take fiber supplements and get good sleep.

My BMR is 1,468. I am 5'5 and in my early twenties. I am also a girl.

Does anyone have any advice or any tips on what has worked for them? I would really love to lose 10 pounds by September so any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
