Has anyone here ever gone to therapy for the mental side of goalkeeping?

I've been a goalkeeper for around 14 years now. I've captained/played for teams that went to multiple finals… won some and lost some along the way.

The problem is that the losses seem to stick with me far more than the wins. I can still replay goals I conceded or finals we lost years later. Those moments have stayed with me much longer than I'd like, and I think they've affected the way I approach big games.

I'm curious if anyone here has gone to therapy or worked with a sports psychologist. Did it help? What changed for you? If you could share any tips/information to get your head back in the game.
