Hello, my friend Kailey really needs some healthcare. She dedicates her personal efforts to doing grassroots community outreach for local homeless indigenous youth. She funds herself doing that. She does not have a roof and her nervous system is very fried.

She needs antipsychotics and medication to help her get grounded. She needs a physical. She needs healthy community. She throws herself into the most difficult stuff to help the people there and she gets a lot of her energy from substances, and she is caught between a rock and a hard place.

How can I get her care for free?

Would putting down white ink as a foundation layer and then tattooing color on top increase the saturation and brightness of the top layer? Would the white ink fade if it’s buried underneath another layer of color? Is this a good idea? Trying to get a a basic symbol in rainbow colors that I’d like to really pop, like it’s a sticker on my skin.
