It started about a week ago, just looked like a small scratch. It doesn't seem to bother her. It's on her nose and very small (<5mm).

I've been using my CPAP for about 3 weeks, and my events are slowly climbing. I've had mostly central events, which i know can be common when starting therapy, but they're significant and I'm having a ton of problems. I feel way worse since starting treatment. I can't think clearly. I have reached out to my physician for clarification and help going forward, but they are not responding. Any advice and interpretation is appreciated. My nightly AHIs are 6-16 and climbing, even though my leaks are generally very low.

*on this night in particular, I turned the EPAP off to see if it helped at all (it didn't). It's usually set to 3.
