What do you guys for your soil

Hey guys, so i want to start my first grow been doing a lot of research and was going to go with happy frog and ocean forest, but ive seen people say they get gnats with those products so I was wondering what do you guys use for your soil, say to make atleast 10-20 gallons because im planning on growing 4 plants in 4 gallons fabric pots but im exploring the option of making my own soil.
