Why are Sikh organisations outside India using the kh @ Iistan flag instead of Nishan sahib? You can have different viewpoints but isn't it immoral to mix political viewpoints with Sikhism?

The title basically. I know it sounds childish but i have seen this in Delhi, all the rich sikh business owners don't trim their beards and keep their kesh uncut. I am not including Artists like Diljit in this convo. Could there be a even a little correlation? Also by successful i mean filthy rich
