If you slow it down there's a purple box that shows up a few times when their looking at a player are they cheating

I just got it from a chest
My luck was good and I got another 2k keys so I did the robots chest thing and I got Siren but I don't know what weapons I should put on it I'm f2p so I don't have a lot of weapons that are good that's all of my weapons I can put on it so pls tell me what I should put on it
