Hi guys, want to start taking walking more serious, but need to start on easy routes. Getting g bored walking around streets.
Do you guys use apps to find your routes to take you on and which ones are they? I don't really want to pay to use an app. Any help is appreciated 👏 💐
Hi, apologies if this has been asked already. I am going to Tokyo in March next year. I found that there are a lot of APA hotels. I am travelling alone, so size doesn't really matter much; however, I am a light sleeper, and as I am staying in Tokyo for 2 weeks, I would like a decent hotel. Can anyone recommend a good hotel or the best, quietest APA? I am going to travel to each district per day (if i can) so even thought location isnt a massive issue, I dont want to he too far.

I recently started walking again, but it ended up with plantar fasciitis, even though I have really good trainers. Anyway, I have noticed that every time I walk, it doesn't matter if it's 2k or 8k, my feet swell up so much, and they feel like they are burning. This then means I rest them for a few days. Is this a good idea, or shall I just keep walking to get my feet used to movement? Having to rest my feet feels like I am not making progress and having to start all over. My body is working against me as I have started getting hip pains and tight calf pains too. I am not sure if this is because I am resting too much.
Any advice or tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
Does anyone know what happened on Woodhead Pass yesterday? Was anyone else on it today. I was stuck on it for 3 hours today and had to eventually turn the car around, as were a lot of others. I have looked all over the Internet, and nothing at all has been reported.
