Every movie night, the same scene at home: 20 minutes scrolling posters, then we give up and rewatch an old episode. A poster doesn't make you feel anything. A trailer does.

So I built zinema: a vertical feed of movie trailers on your TV. You scroll, a trailer hooks you, and zinema shows you where it's streaming (or plays it straight in Plex if you own it). To be clear: zinema plays trailers, not the movies themselves. It's the deciding tool, not another catalog.

It ranks films by what your household actually watches, and it answers to no one else: no sponsored rows, nothing pushed, no ads.

Plex users get a superpower (it plugs into your own library), but it works fine without.

zinema is a trailer feed for your Apple TV that answers one question: what to watch tonight. You scroll full-screen trailers, and when one hooks you, the app shows where to watch it legally. If you run a Plex server, connect it and the feed learns from what you actually watch. Plex is optional, it works fine without.

Install on Apple TV: open the TestFlight link on your iPhone, accept the invite, then the app appears in the TestFlight app on your Apple TV (same Apple ID).

What I'd love feedback on:

- First launch and sign-in (Apple, Google or email)

- Trailer playback: smoothness, sound, skipping to the next one

- Most important: did it make you want to watch a film you didn't have in mind?
