Stuck at 79 kg on Mounjaro and feeling really demotivated, anyone else?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been on Mounjaro since August 2025. I started at 87 kg and I’m currently at 79 kg.
Over the past 11 months, a lot has happened in my life, including getting married in February, which came with its own stress. During this time, I did miss a few doses (around 3–4 times overall), and once during my wedding period I missed two weeks, but this was discussed with my doctor and not done without guidance. I’ve otherwise stayed consistent and am currently on 15 mg, which I’ve been on for the past two months.
Right now, I feel like I’ve hit a plateau at 79 kg and haven’t seen much movement for a while. I’m still working out, but I’ll be honest—my protein intake hasn’t been where it should be. Mentally, this has been quite difficult. I’ve struggled with weight management for most of my life, and lately I’ve been feeling demotivated and a bit stuck.
I also find the injections quite anxiety-inducing at times. Because of all this, I’ve started questioning whether continuing is the right decision, although I would only consider stopping after discussing it properly with my doctor.
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced a plateau even at the higher doses, and if there’s anything that helped you break through it. Any practical tips or shared experiences would really be appreciated right now.
It’s been a tough journey recently, and I’m just trying to make the most of it after investing so much time, money, and energy into it—while also trying not to feel overwhelmed by it all.
Thanks for reading, and I hope everyone here is getting closer to their goals.
