Pole from abandoned house is falling on my property

My wife and I don’t have frontier, but our neighbors did at one point. They’ve since left the home and cancelled frontier, but their pole is leaning/falling onto our property and the line is laying across our garage roof. My wife scheduled for frontier to come out to the home today, but they didn’t show and now they are bouncing her around and no one is helping us. How do we get this fixed?
