Anyone got a good Data Studio dashboard for tracking Search Console and/or Analytics?

I have been experimenting with creating a Data Studio dashboard that pulls Search Console metrics. There a several free templates online, but they are quite basic.

I am trying to figure out which key metrics to include to monitor client sites quickly and easily. I am moving into an SEO role at an agency, and previously I just monitored my own site through Search Console. That is too time consuming yo poke around at scale with multiple client sites.

Some ideas I have are tricky to implement as a beginner, so it’s trial and error with ChatGPt help.

Does anyone have a good dashboard they have created with Search Console and/or Analytics worth sharing?

Do you look at those “social media style” updates/posts businesses put on their listing in Google Search or Maps?

To be 100% clear: I’m not talking about Google reviews, star ratings, or basic info like hours and phone numbers. I mean those scrollable update posts with a photo + an event, offer, or short message that appears on the Google listing when you look them up on Search or Maps. They look like mini Facebook posts but they live on Google.

Are you using GBP Posts? And are they actually driving results in 2026?

I’m trying to gauge how many of us are actively using Google Business Profile (GBP) Posts for clients or our own local businesses and whether it's actually moving the needle on conversions, rankings, or map pack visibility lately.

Drop your vote and let's discuss in the comments: Are you seeing direct improvement in leads, or is it just a tool for improved brand signals?

I have 0 subscribers. Is this strategy foolish?

I created a separate personal substack and a publication. Follower and subscriber counts are 0.

I write an article on my publication.

I then create a note on my personal substack teasing the article and linking to it.

I read that personal notes get pushed by the algorithm (free publicity) while publication articles are only seen by subscribers.

Is this a foolish (or good) way to gain subscribers for the publication?

What else should I be doing?
