Shop with rock solid bike fitting

So, I am getting older. Have a good deal of arthritis in one knee. I will probably need a knee replacement in 7 years. Cycling helps with pain, and may help me delay surgery, according to my doc. Anyone with recommendations for shops that have really good, really thoughtful fitters. Not buying a new bike. Btw. Just want to make sure I am able to ride what I have. the flat bar commuter that regularly sees 60 mile days

Is this athletes foot

Lisinopril, fluoxetine, tirzepatide, and Adderall. Athletic and active but overweight. Don't smoke. Don't drink alcohol. No weed.

Had a case of moccasin style athletes foot last year, with evidence of a fungal infection under the nail. The infection lasted years. I didn't feel any itching, but I have peripheral neuropathy in this foot from a pinched nerve (it is very superficial. With more loss of sensation on little toe side, and more, but not a lot, of sensation on the big side). I thought I just had dry, gnarly feet. Urgent care prescribed ketoconazole cream, and referred me to podiatrist, who later prescribed a cream called naftin. The topical infection cleared up. Recently, a large crusty thing that looked like a scab emerged from the skin under the nail, and my toe has looked like this for about two weeks. Not in pain. Not an emergency. Just thinking I would like to buy new shoes and don't want to transfer the infection to a new pair. Or, should I go back to my doctor for a cream. I have heard the oral antifungals are sorta rough.

A quick question. I have verizon FiOS. The wire architecture is that it goes from the pole to a box the sits outside my house. From the box, there is a cable that goes inside my house to an ONT box. For the past 6 months. I have had the cat 6 cable that would normally go into the ONT plugged directly into an Eero WiFi unit. Nothing is plugged into the ONT, but the power is on. The place where verizon brought the cable into the house is very unsightly. On cable for the ONT, and one cable for the cat6. Is the ONT even necessary? I would like to move the cat 6 into my basement and get rid of the ONT altogether.

Long story short, I'm a diy-er and I the pipe the tub faucet. Was supposed to leave 4 1/4, and I left 3 1/2 inches. I could cut and use two straight couplings, heat the elbow on the other side of the wall and add a new pipe here. But.... I'm kinda tired of soldering and I already have the cartridges in and they were kinda of a pain in the ass. I would really prefer not to fuck the o-rings up.

I am wondering if a threaded female to threaded male adapter would give me what I need? Would it add too much?
