When Yamada says “he keeps messing with me” here, is she thinking that he knows she’s Tayama and is just playing games with her/leading her on now?
or is she just frustrated that it’s gotten to a point where he hasn’t figured it out yet? (even though he’s starting to put the pieces together)
how did everyone else interpret this part?
My Novablast 5 and Evo SL are coming to the end of their lives and I'm hoping I can find one shoe to replace both of them
I use the Novablasts for easy runs and long runs.
The Evo SL are used for speedwork and progressive long runs up to about 12 miles. Anything longer than 12 miles, I'll use the Novablast.
I was leaning towards the Superblast or Megablast based off other reviews I've read about both, especially if someone is coming from the Novablast but I'm open to other suggestions.
I'm also open to having a two shoe rotation but it looks like I'm experiencing the short lifespan of the Novablasts, which I do like, but don't want to be replacing them so often.
I'll be doing the NYC Marathon and I'm averaging about 30 miles at the moment with that going up as training progresses.
Currently, I run at least 3 times a week: an easy run, a speed run, and a long run. My easy runs are around 9:20/per mile.
