Every subreddit eventually goes through this phase. We now have people who effortlessly want profile reviews, only care about salary/stipends, and couldn't care less about the industry or the technology behind it. This place has started giving off JEE/FAANG aspirant vibes. I don't want to generalise, but a particular group keeps bringing exactly these posts over and over again. Every day it's profile reviews and salary discussions, and every other day someone watches a "day in the life of a quant" video and suddenly wants to do HFT. For God's sake, do some research first. Respect your own time, and let this subreddit be about quant rather than becoming another generic career-advice forum.
