I am not a collector, so is this something that may hold some value? Mid 1990s I guess.

Hello, I was given this collection with the information that it is „extremely valuable“ without too much context. The collector was quite wealthy and the stamps look like I imagine rare stamps to look, but who am I to judge. Most of the stamps seem to be German. I post more pictures in the next answer.
