Pre Screen Request

First time looking to maybe submit to JetPhotos. Which of these four would you consider worth submitting, and are there any likely rejection reasons I should fix first? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Questions about photos (read description)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some honest feedback on my aviation photos.

These were taken on a phone, so I already know they are not the highest quality or sharpest, and they are mostly unedited. I’m planning to buy a proper camera soon, and my goal is to eventually get some photos accepted on JetPhotos.

Apart from the obvious issues like image quality, sharpness, and editing, what else should I improve? For example: framing, angle, centering, crop, lighting, background, heat haze, etc.

I’m not planning to submit these exact photos, I just want to learn what I should focus on improving before I invest in a camera.

The Saudia cargo ones are pretty soft and have some low light issue, I’m well aware of that

Any advice would be appreciated.

Plane spotting camera combo

Hi everyone,
I’m looking at upgrading my aviation photography setup and would love some opinions from people who have used it.

I’m considering getting a Canon R7 paired with the Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM, mainly for plane spotting around airports and the occasional airshow and if possible contrail spotting.

For those who use (or have used) this combo:

How is the autofocus performance on aircraft?
Is 400mm enough reach for most spotting situations?

How does the image quality hold up at 400mm?

Any issues with the f/8 aperture at the long end?

If you had the budget again, would you still buy this combo?

Thanks in advance for any advice or sample photos!

Hot take - shitposts are getting annoying

Like I’m not trying to sound like I’m trying to ruin the fun or seem like they aren’t funny. But my feed is almost always full with these types of posts which are funny to a certain extent, and under almost all shitposts there are comments saying that they are getting annoying. As I said I don’t want to be heard like I’m trying to ruin the fun but after a while and at this quantity they start to get annoying very fast.

Turkish retro livery on landing after some rain.

What do y'all think of this image?

I know the crop isn't the best, since this wasn't taken on a profesional camrea i cant really crop the image as I wish. I can still read the reg on the raw photo, but I don't know how possible that's going to be on Reddit due to the compression.

Also, any one knows where this was taken? I wanna see if anyone recognises my local lol.
