How should I go about taking care of these black triangles?
No smoking, alcohol here and there on weekends.
I had adult braces in my early 20's, ortho gave me the option of jaw surgery/braces or I could just do braces. Being young I obviously opted for the cheaper less painful option.
Idea was to remove both bottom canines to make room. They accidently removed a bottom incisor on the right along with a canine. The ortho took responsibility and offered treatment for half off.
Fast forward to my early 30's, I assume a combination of adult braces along with so much unintended movement has left me with recessed gums, needing 2 gum grafts so far.
My first question is how severe are these gaps? Will the massive size be difficult to correct? Is there any temporary suggestions while I figure it out/budget? I hate that I notice a whistle and saliva has affected my speech.
Second, I assume to do it correctly this time, I have to get braces+surgery. Will I have to get braces again or is this possible to correct with Invisalign alone? Does Invisalign also utilize rubber band attachments? Ceramic braces in my 30's would be devastating.
All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
