High ALT level for a cat

My 15 year old cat has lymphoma, she has been undergoing treatment for the past 7 months, and it has been going well.

Her ALT when she started treatment was at 500, and had dropped down to 150 at her latest checkup on June 23rd.

Now over the past few days, she stopped eating. Her last time eating was on Saturday. I have a medication that I give her (mirtazapine) that helps increase her appetite. She took it on Saturday and ate, but then didn't eat on Sunday. She takes a cancer medication on Monday, so no mirtazapine then, and she didn't eat yesterday. I gave her some this morning, and usually within 30 minutes she is eating. Today she didn't. I was already concerned based off Sunday and Monday, so I took her straight to the vet. It seems that in the past 2 weeks, her ALT jumped from 150 to 800.

What can cause such a rapid rise in such a short period of time?

She is at the veterinary hospital right now, they are about to put her on anti-biotics to see if that will help stimulate her appetite, and if she doesn't eat by tonight, they will recommend a feeding tube.

What can I expect moving forward? How can I give my cat the best quality of life?

My guess is that it is hepatic lipidosis, I'm hoping I caught it early enough. Her only symptom so far has been the loss of appetite. She was wandering around my place this morning, she jumped on to her cat tree, which is about 4 feet tall. She also jumped from the cat tree to my bed, which is a good 5-6 feet away from each other.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
