Can someone help me pick parts with the following specs?:

5070ti white
black motherboard
black power supply
black ram (32gb/6000mhz/cl36)
pcie gen 4 SSD 2TB
white 360mm aio
white case
edit: budget is 2.6L. i can accept crossing if there is meaningful qol upgrade
I have two options for my first PC build:
270KP + 9070 XT
9950x3D + 5080
(or anything in between, mix and match with 5070 Ti).
Option 1. saves me about 120,000 INR (~1300 USD). Would getting option 1 with higher end peripherals make more sense? I'm targeting 1440p programming (no AI) and gaming.
Can someone please suggest the best possible build for gaming and programming at 2.5L? I'll be targeting 1440p. I want white coloured look, and RGB doesn't really matter much
