Best grow light to promote blooms?

My maculata, lucerna, and the one in the last photo (have no idea what the name of this one is!) are growing like CRAZY. They are huge, the lucerna and un-named begonia have reached over 2ft tall. I give them all a balanced 20-20-20 diluted fertilizer every watering, and will water once a month with no fertilizer to flush the soil. Although they are growing a lot, I don’t think they’re getting enough light, due to their foliage colour/and the fact that not a single one has produced me any blooms as of yet :( I’ve had them for around a year and a half.

Any suggestions for grow lights that are strong enough to promote blooms? Unfortunately, I live in a small apartment with very minimal natural lighting, so I don’t really have any other option but to continue to use grow lights.

Tried my second round at growing a waroq- finally got the hang of it and they are so rewarding :’)

Added a pic at the end of the first waroq I ever owned- as you can see she was very sad, she did not survive ☹️

The difference that proper lighting can make

I recently found out from some members of this sub that the barrina T5 lights are not very strong, and that in order for them to actually be adequate enough, they need to be no more than a couple inches away from plants (this is why we read the product description properly first lol)

After changing around my grow cabinet set up a little over a week ago, this is the new emergent on my NoID :) Im now seeing new growth on all of my plants faster than I’ve ever seen!

I only have 1 Barrina T5 light bar in here, it’s well over a ft away from her. It’s it good enough? Too little? I know that waroq leaves can burn pretty easily and they often prefer to have mid/lower light situations, so I’m hoping this isn’t too much for her!

She’s a little bald on the bottom portion and there’s not much room left for new growth on this pole, I’m wondering if chop the pole (where the red line is) and repot, will she survive? I have her in my grow cabinet currently so I’m not able to extend the pole any longer right now, as it would then be too tall to fit in the cabinet. I’m experienced with using moss poles, but this will be the first time I’ve ever chopped and extended one, so I’m a little nervous lol (my melano was also my first “dream plant” I’ve ever acquired, so I’m terrified of killing her) any advice with this is appreciated!
