So excited it’s been well over 2 years since I’ve had ambrosia (after taking her for 3-4 years) and doc got me 10 mg my usual dosage from before!!! So now that my tolerance is super low, I’m gonna take 5 mg and then see where I’m at (empty stomach ofc I’m not a noob)
