Honestly Minecraft was not made for multiplayer
On multiplayer, Minecraft is too easy. The game is not designed for Multiplayer. Everyone just ends up playing a solo game but with multiple people. That makes everything easier to accomplish and so, so boring. Within 20 minutes you already feel like you've done all you had to do. It's not about survival and you have literally no reason to be around other people ever. Most servers even actively discourage you from being around others because they make their gameplay overly aggressive, like lifesteal servers.
Other servers remove all aggressiveness and instead either encourage you to play "solo but with a few friends isolated on a multiplayer map" for two weeks or force you to cooperate with others without any competition (think freebuild, creative servers, towny...) It's all either too aggressive or too peaceful, all of this because the game is too easy in multiplayer and they are trying to artificially add value to the multiplayer experience. But it doesn't have to be that way, you can have a server that is interesting in multiplayer without making everyone on it overly aggressive or overly peaceful with each-others.
So I made this server, I called it MCB and it is heavily inspired by monuments of the multiplayer scene like 2B2T and unstable SMP.
I made it with a server design that's completely new, where you need invitation codes to join, and I'm giving the remaining 5 codes here in this post. This doesn't happen every day.
If you are interested, here is more about MCB:
(Java Edition, 1.21.11, SimpleVoiceChat)
>MCB is a player-invite-only hardcore SMP server made to encourage group playing and civilization development. We also have as little rules as possible to encourage community freedom and self-management.
On MCB, you invite who you want to play with, and they invite you if they want you to play with them. That's called an organic server, because it grows organically.
If you've ever seen one of these Minecraft civilization experiments on YouTube and wished there would be a server that's almost just like that, but open all the time instead of being an event, that's the idea.
>Only already invited players can invite new players to the server.
This simulates real life population growth and keeps the community active and free from trolls.
On top of this, a series of secret tweaks and mechanics have been implemented to keep the game fresh and interesting. No guides are provided, players need to discover everything on their own, which rewards attentiveness and dedication.
An innate clan and family system ensures that you never just spawn alone on a hardcore world. You are not alone, you have been invited. You are part of a clan, of a family, and part of a story that will both precede and succeed you.

Here are the original invitation codes. In order to use them, connect in-game and type in the command /originalcode <code> :
- vGnHUlXds
- 802U2UbzY
- oHpqrTGSm
- cYXOxjNeT
- qrR7FSKfs
>NOTE: This server is designed for you to not understand and die unless if you get involved with the community. So we heavily recommend that you join the discord server and make some friends.
If these codes are all already taken and you are interested in joining the community, you can join our discord and reach out to current members to see if anybody would be willing to share their personal invitation codes with you!
Most clans are recruiting members at this time, so it might be your chance.
Please read the wiki page on joining the server to learn how to use invitation codes.
Thank you for caring enough to read this.
