Help me choose my next Audible read

Here are my options, feel free to suggest your own:

- The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle
- The Great Alone
- Dungeon Crawler Carl (a little scared to start this one because I’m worried I’ll want someone to talk to about it and no one else around me is reading it)
- Never Let Me Go
- Recursion
- Maid (I saw the tv show so I don’t know if the book is different enough to be worth it)

Some recent books I have loved:
- Rebecca
- Project Hail Mary
- Tomorrow, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow
- There is No Anti-Memetics Division
- Educated

Surprising dislikes:
- Remarkably Bright Creatures
- Looking for Alaska
- Yellowface
- Where the Crawdads Sing

My fiance and I are having a heck of a time trying to plan our elopement in Paris. To be honest, there are places that will give us exactly what we want but they are double our price range of under €3000. We’ve been looking so long that now we’re up against a time crunch. Out original date was Set 30, 2026 but now we may have to push it to May 4, 2027.

What we’re looking for:

- 15-20 minute ceremony with an English officiant

- A single space or room that looks classically Parisian (bonus points for an terrace or garden space)

- A “second location” aka wandering Paris streets and taking photos outside a cafe

- 3ish hours of photography and videography with a 2-3 minute video (This part is surprisingly difficult, as we like that washed romantic look for both and none of the bright, party vibe)

- Help securing the venue (we’ve reached out ourselves to many places and they just quote us based on a whole wedding)

Optional/Other avenues

- Transportation/Can we just take cabs?

- Make Up Artist/Will definitely need but can book separately

- Bridal Hair/Can do myself but I’m not very good

- Flowers/Dont even know if I want these/could get at a local place/usually included in packages
