Lice or bed bug?
Went through a serious episode after finding this guy on my forehead and was honestly praying its lice but only came up with it being a bed bug. After searching every nook and cranny of my house and not finding another one or any evidence. Could this actually be a louse nymph? they look vaguely similar to eachother when filled with blood, i have not checked my scalp yet i dont have a comb for it.
