Sumerian Comics has to have the worst customer service I have ever seen for what should've been a reputable source for Merchandise I pre-ordered Tier 3 of the Faceless comic from them as well as Tier 2 of the Underoath comic I have received nothing but excuses and lies from them in regards to my order that is now OVER 2 months late.

I have also heard nothing but complaints from other people about their practices some people who have ordered the virtual comic have complained about not receiving their comic and the ones who have have complained about the website format not being good enough to support what they're reading on.

Tier 3 orders complaints usually stem from zero communication from Sumerian or just pure excuses multiple people have received excuses including myself of items being delayed due to warehouse moving, all items not being received yet & employees that run shipping and handling "dying" it's outrageous the amount of excuses I've heard for this.

Finally if you show any sort of dissatisfaction towards your order you will no longer receive replies in emails one person I've talked to has said they have been emailing them once every 3 days with zero response back since early July since they had shown some dissatisfaction with their order me included I showed dissatisfaction in one email almost 2 weeks ago and have emailed them three times with no response with my final email just now being sent today asking for a refund.

In regards to my Underoath order as well I have emailed them about that twice now and was told if I wanted it early I would have to pay EXTRA for shipping to receive it they were holding a completely unrelated item hostage in hopes I would send them more money to possibly not even receive said item.

I am requesting a refund from these spineless & lying pieces of shits and I suggest if you have not received your items that you do the same and if you don't get a reply from them dispute the charge on your bank this company is awful.

According to people in the discord server Sumerian does NOT have all the Tier 3 items for The Faceless comic and has delayed shipping AGAIN until they can get all the items and once again instead of sending out mass emails explaining the delay you have to email them yourself asking where your items are.

I'm very pissed off since I ordered this mid May and was expecting to get my items around the original planned release date for it to be delayed then the most recent July 27th delay when they sent out a mass email saying it would ship around that date it's already been almost 2 weeks since then with nothing at all and fans still having their tracking not updating.

This whole thing is super dumb zero communication with the customers and massive delays with no end in sight I've requested a refund from them and if you feel like you've waited too long or whatever your reasoning may be I would advise you to do the same.

Just wondering if anyone has gotten confirmation for Tier 3 of The Faceless comic from Sumerian so far my Shop app says nothing about it getting ready for shipping or being shipped but I do have a unknown USPS package coming from Ohio.

The Tier 3 comics are supposed to be shipped out this week but it's already Thursday with no concrete update on it.

Does anyone at all have an email or tracking option that shows it's moving or what?

I ordered a pair of customs for $100 and they were then denied for violations of terms of service cause I tried making a pair of paramore shoes (makes sense) and I was wondering when the refund would be sent cause it's been almost a week now and customer service is not helping at all
